How do I update my billing information?

  1. Login to the client area.
  2. To change your address or phone number, locate the section labeled "Your Info" and click "Update".
  3. To change the credit card on file, click on "Billing" > "Manage Credit Card"*
  4. After you update your info, click the "Save Changes" button.


*Please note that the "Payment Method" listed on "Account Details" must be set to "Credit" in order for the card to be saved for future payments. If you do not have Payment Method set to Credit you can still pay individual invoices by credit card.
