Working with Webmail folders
This tutorial will show you how to work with your Webmail folders.
Viewing message contents of a folder
Your Webmail folders are listed on the left-hand side of the Webmail screen. Click a folder to view its messages.
Moving messages to another folder
To move multiple messages from one folder to another folder
- Click the folder that contains messages you want to move.
- Select the messages that you want to move.
Note: To select multiple contiguous items, select the first item, hold down the Shift key, and then click the last item. To select multiple non-contiguous items, hold down the Ctrl/Cmd key, and click on each of the items that you want to select. - Right-click and choose More, then Move to, and then choose the folder to which you want to move the files.
