Adding/removing email accounts

Your email service includes a certain number of email accounts, which determines the price of your service.  You can manage (add/edit/remove) the email accounts directly from the Nine Planets client area by going to Services > My Services, then clicking on the line item for your Business Email.

To increase/decrease the limit on the number of email accounts for your email service, please contact us and let us know what you would like the new limit to be.
