You can grant additional users access to your count for many purposes, such as access to pay invoices, access to your hosting control panel, or just access to the support ticket system. To add a new user, first log into your account here:

Then at the upper right, click on the menu that says "Hello, [your name]!" and select the User Management option.
At the bottom of the next screen is a form to Invite Users. Enter the email address of the person you want to grant access, then switch the selection below to Choose Permissions.
Most of the permissions are pretty self-explanatory, but some things like granting access to the hosting control panel require a combination. Some examples:
- To grant access to your DirectAdmin hosting control panel, they will need: View Products & Services, Allow Single Signon, View & Modify Product Passwords
- If they're being granted access to things like ordering, you will probably want: View Products & Services, Place New Orders/Upgrades/Cancellations, View Domains, View & Pay Invoices
Once you finish selecting permissions, click Send Invite and and automatic email will go out to the user you're granting access to.
