This tutorial will show you how to change your email password either in the WebMail client, or from the Client Portal.
Using the Client Portal:
- Login to https://mail.mailconfig.net/
- Click 'Settings'
- Click 'Password'
- Enter your current email password in the 'Current Password' field
- Enter your new email password in the 'New Password' and 'New Password (again)' fields
- Click Save
Using Webmail:
- Login to https://my.9planetshosting.com
- From the main navigation Menu, click 'Service' > My Services
- On the 'My Products and Services' page, click in the row that contains your Email Service (if you click on the domain name in the row, you will jump to that webpage)
- On the 'Manage Product' page, navigate to the 'Domain' tab towards the bottom of the page, and click the 'Edit' button for the email address you need to update
- On the 'Edit Mailbox' page, update both password fields and then click the 'Save' button
